I would like to compliment Aire Serv on the system they recently installed in my concrete block house. The workmen were very neat and pleasant to be around, did their work quickly and were most considerate. I am very pleased that my PG & E bill did not go up and in fact may be less than before. Since building our house in 1958 we heated with wood and supplemented with
baseboard heaters. The baseboard heaters were used sparingly believe me. I am glad to recommend this Aire Serv Company to anyone who may be interested in contacting me.

We’ve used a number of different contractors for our unit over the years; however, none can equal your impressive record for service and satisfaction.  Our last visit was superb, and this visit was easily its equal, if not even superior.  Rick was friendly, efficient, and thorough; answered all my questions; and all in all did a fantastic job, and should be congratulated and rewarded for such outstanding work. I would like to commend you for the outstanding team (Nick, Luis, and Rick) you assembled and provided me for installation of the Mitsubishi Heat Pump system.  My past experience with technicians and contractors has been pretty good, all things considered, but nothing to the caliber for your team….I was astounded at all they had done in such a short time as well as how “Polished” or production like in appearance it had.  I think your team is really great and a credit to Aire Serv and their discipline in general!  As the county inspector was checking the condenser cabling hook-up, with a discriminating eye, he said: “Oh Yeah! These guys do really good work!”

I want to thank that staff of Valley Springs Aire Serv for their rapid response to our failed A/C system.  Specifically the Air Handler/Furnace burned out motor that needed to be replaced.  I especially want to thank your service tech Rick for his analysis and installation of the new motor.  I'm sure the office staff validating the warranty and the promoted purchase of the new motor was expedited and extremely timely.  Thank you for all your outstanding efforts.
